How we work together

A clear process, with you involved in the decisions.

You work directly with me. We define the purpose and scope before the build, and review the website at meaningful stages.

01

Understand the business

We discuss your customers, your offer and what is getting in the way. For an existing website, the starting point includes its content, technology and important URLs.

02

Set the scope

We agree on priorities, deliverables, responsibilities and a schedule based on the work and the content available.

03

Shape the experience

The page structure and visual direction make the offer tangible. Your feedback and subject expertise help refine the content and key customer journeys.

04

Build and review

Design and functionality come together. We check key pages, responsive behavior and the agreed contact paths before release.

05

Launch with a plan

Content approval, technical checks and any URL changes are part of the launch. Ownership and the next steps for the website are agreed with you.

06

Develop what comes next

Further content, technical maintenance and SEO can become a separate phase, guided by the business priorities and the evidence available.

You know what is being built, why it matters and where your input is needed.

The person behind mu digital

I'm Muharrem. Let's make your website work for your business.

I run mu digital from Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany. I work with you from the first conversation through design and implementation. You discuss the offer, the content and the decisions directly with the person building your website.

Direct communication

One person to talk to about the direction, details and next steps of your project.

Advice that starts with the need

Sometimes the right answer is a focused improvement. Sometimes it is a redesign. We look at the website before deciding.

Clarity all the way to contact

The design, the service content and the inquiry path should make sense together. That is how we review the work.

Before we start.

Can we work together if my business is outside Germany?

Yes, international projects can be discussed remotely. mu digital is based in Germany. We agree on the scope, communication and meeting times before starting, taking your time zone into account.

Do I need a new website or can you improve the one I have?

We begin with the current site. If the structure and technology still fit, a focused update may be enough. A broader redesign makes sense when the offer, content and technical setup need to change together.

How much will the project cost?

The price depends on the pages, content, design and functionality involved. After an initial discussion, you receive a defined scope and a proposal. Ongoing work is agreed separately.

How long does a project take?

The schedule depends on the scope, the content available and the review stages. We agree on a realistic sequence of milestones before the project begins.

Do you only build with WordPress?

No. The choice follows the requirements: who edits the content, which functions are needed and how the website is expected to develop. WordPress and custom development are both options.

Can you help with the words and structure?

Yes. We work out what customers need to understand before they contact you, then organize the pages and copy around those questions. You confirm the facts, technical details and permission to use project material.

What happens to my existing SEO during a redesign?

Important pages, content, internal links and URLs belong in the redesign plan. Where addresses change, redirects need a clear mapping. Existing visibility is something to protect, but future rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Do you guarantee leads or a first-place ranking?

No. We agree on specific work and how it will be reviewed. Search positions and commercial results depend on more than the website, so a promised number of leads, jobs or sales would not be a sound basis for the project.

Are the projects shown here from US businesses?

The client examples on this page are from German businesses. Each states my contribution and the available project status. A design study, where used, is labeled separately and is not presented as client work.

Can you support the website after launch?

Yes. Maintenance, further development, content work and SEO support can be discussed as a separate scope. We agree on what your team will handle and where you need support.

Your website. A useful first conversation.

What should your website make possible?

Tell me about your business, your current website and what needs to change. We can work out the next sensible step from there.
